如果搭飛機去歐洲，卻碰上班機被取消或延誤了怎麼辦？歐盟國有個很有趣的條款，簡稱 EC261 (Regulation EC 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union)，航空公司必須向乘客賠償250/400/600歐元。
法律文件的說明
最簡單的方法就是打關鍵字「EC 261 + 你搭乘的航空公司」，然後就會有相關說明，之後要自己主動寫信給自己航空公司的客服 (Email都會在官網上找到)，內容要寫什麼可以參考下面範本。
班機被取消時寫給航空公司求償的範本
主標：Claiming Compensation for Flight Cancellation on 日期 According to EC261/2014
Dear [哪個航空] Airline Customer Service,
I was schedule for a flight that was cancelled. Hence I am seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for this cancelled flight.
This is my booking reservation [訂位代號], and the passenger’s name [乘客名字]. I’m claiming for the flight [航班] on [日期] from [出發機場] to [抵達機場] that was unfortunately cancelled.
According to the regulation, I am entitled to a compensation of €250/€400/€600 (看哪個符合自己).
I look forward to hearing from you soon,

條件
1.班機是從歐盟國家出發 (包含廉航唷)、目的地不限 (美國、中東、台灣.. 都可)
2.搭乘歐洲航班前往歐洲
班機取消賠償金額 €250/€400/€600
賠償金額是根據被取消的航班距離，我的理解是就算是 A-B (轉機)-C，被取消是整段，所以應該適用A-B和B-C的兩段距離來算。但如果只是單純A-B，就比較簡單，可以點這裡查距離。
- 1500 km 以內且延誤2小時：賠250歐
- 1500 到 3500 km 內且延誤3小時：賠400歐
- 3500 km 以上且延誤4小時：賠600歐
只要班機有異動，即便是出發前一週兩週就講了，但基本上就會有上面金額50%的補償，打比方説，在出發7天內就知道被取消航班，而且航空公司有重新安排新的抵達時間不晚於2小時的航班的話，那就算這樣對你沒什麼不便，航空公司也會有50%的補償。
班機只是延誤可以要求賠償嗎？
看網友經驗都有拿到，打比方説歐洲飛美國，結果出發時間比預定出發時間 (Scheduled Departure TIme) 晚了4小時又10分鐘，這時就可以要求賠償了。 (網友經驗)
