Backpacking in Uzbekistan in 8 Days- My Suggested Itinerary

Uzbekistan is a beautiful country. And I felt I had a lot of fun and I saw a lot of cool architectures in Uzbekistan. 8 Days is pretty perfect for a good time in Uzbekistan.

Accommodation was not expensive. It was around $12-$15 per night. Probably not as cheap as you’d think (since it’s central Asia!) And plus you cannot couchsurf in Uzbekistan. I don’t know why, but my guesthouse ‘registered’ me the night I went there and I got a slip (to be handed to the police…) But in the end, no one asked for this slip at the immigration of Tashkent Airport.
And plus I stayed 3 nights on the train and 2 nights in my friend’s dad’s unoccupied apartment in Tashkent. In short, maybe it’s not a trouble anymore to couchsurf (who knows?)

And traveling by night train is a good way to save time and money!

In my following itinerary, usually my morning is till 12 p.m. And my afternoon is from whenever my lunch ends (it could be 1pm or 2pm) till 5pm or 6pm (whenever attractions close).
